On November 8th and 9th of November 2022, we will again be taking part in the Bakery Technology Conference in Detmold and will also be giving a short presentation on the “Rework processing of baked goods” as part of the exhibitor forum. This year, the event is being organised for the 73rd time by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Getreideforschung e. V. in cooperation with the Max Rubner Institute.
