From Nov. 14-15, 2023, we will again participate in the Bakery Technology Conference in Detmold and, as last year, give a short presentation as part of the exhibitor forum.
The event is organized this year for the 74th time by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Getreideforschung e. V. in cooperation with the Max-Rubner-Institut.
