Silo technology and silo control
We supply complete silo systems. From determining the optimum size to installing outdoor, indoor and trevira silos, we offer everything from a single source. Take advantage of our many years of experience in silo construction. We can convert existing silo technology to our proven ThorBackPlus recipe control system. Your existing technology remains largely intact.

Ingredient systems, BigBag stations and water dosing
Weigh the smallest quantities with our table scales, be mobile with the mobile WLAN scales or store the table scale raw materials in the wall compo. Our floor scales enable direct weighing in the kneader. In addition, we offer a fully automatic middle component system.
In addition to the usual flour types, all liquids such as water, yeast, oils, syrups, diacetate or pasty products such as pre-doughs and sourdoughs, soaked goods, scalding and cooking pieces can be dosed.

Pre-dough and sourdough systems
From the simple Petit Levain with cooling and manual handling for craftsmen to the fully automated multi-tank system with ring line and pigging technology for industrial shift operations.
