In June, we published our 1st newsletter with the overriding topic of residual bread processing (“Re-Work”) and have already received good feedback from the bakery industry. From now on, we would like to inform customers and interested parties about our products and technical solutions with short articles. The next issue will follow in August and will be devoted to the topic of “sourdough and predough fermenters“.
