The CPU300 is an upcoming addition to our new Modular Controller range. 

CPU300 features advanced Canvas Graphics and our fastest logic scan rates on its multi-core processor. For extra connectivity, it offers dual ethernet adapters and a local 2.2” screen for local configuration (IP Address, RUN/STOP, etc.). Its I/O is strictly add-on using OCS-I/O modules up to 7 modules as local I/O snapped on the backplane.

It’s program includes HMI screens and supports add-on HMI Connect touchscreens.

HMI Connect will be available in: 4”, 7”, 10” and 15” at IP65 rating 7”, 10” high-bright, rugged screen at IP67 rating.

Now Available: CPU250 & CPU200 Modular Controllers

The new CPU250 and CPU200 are the first additions to our modular All-in-One PLC family, with more models coming in 2025 and 2026. Like the rest of our range, they are programmed exclusively through Cscape, our single, intuitive software platform to ensure a consistent and streamlined user experience.

These compact, modular controllers offer flexible installation options and can be mounted away from the cabinet door, reducing wiring requirements. Visualisation is simple; either via WebMI or by connecting another screen-based OCS to the same network.

Thanks to the integrated backplane, up to seven OCS I/O modules can be added, giving you exceptional expansion flexibility. 

The CPU250 also acts as a direct replacement for most RCC models (excluding the RCC6512 high-speed counter, which can be replaced by pairing with our HE959HSC840 OCS I/O Module- 8 High Speed In + 4 High Speed Out).

In the near future, all models will also support Horner’s OCS360 Cloud Service, offering push data, long-term storage, dashboards, alarm notifications, and more.
